Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and EQ Insight Pro for your use of the app. By creating an account you agree to them.

What EQ Insight Pro is, and isn't

EQ Insight Pro offers self-assessment and coaching tools for emotional intelligence. It is for personal growth and education. It is not therapy, counselling, medical or psychological diagnosis, or a crisis service, and AI-generated content can be wrong. Please use your own judgment and seek a qualified professional for mental-health concerns.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline, Canada), call 911, or contact your local emergency number.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break security, scrape data, or use the 360 or coaching features to harass anyone.

Your content

You own what you write in the app. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, plus applicable sales taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time under Settings, Manage subscription; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If a payment fails, Premium features may be paused until it's resolved.
• If you think you were charged in error, contact us at the contact address listed on our website.
• We may change prices in future; we'll tell you before a change affects your subscription.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on assessments or AI suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
